辻川充彦（TsujikawaMitsuhiko）
1959年 滋賀県に生まれる。
8歳から絵を書き始め18歳の時県展覧会に出品、
一般の部で特選受賞
京都府内大学美術科卒業。
県展覧会特選3回、京都市展覧会入選3回、その他。
1997年4月、アートギャラリー「ぎゃらぎゃら」にて
初の個展開催する。
