シフトペダルをリプロ新品に交換したのですが、このシャフトがサビて摩耗してる為にガタ・遊びが取れず、不満に思って、少量数製作して貰った物です。純正品はかなり昔に販売終了になってました。知人が純正新品を持っていたので、見本にして、純正は鉄製でサビる為、サビないようにステンレスでと、専門業者に依頼しました。交換作業ですが、ほとんどサビて固着してますので、ステッププレート（アルミ製）をヒートガン、又はバーナー等で加熱すると、入れ替えは楽なようです。それと、シャフトのくびれ部には良質のグリス充填が必須です。それと、スナップリングとワッシャーも、純正品がまだ出ます（どちらも100円位？）ので、同時交換をお勧めします。ノークレーム・ノーリターンで、発送は定形外普通郵便、当方負担で無料です。参考までに、ワッシャーの部品番号は、90201-12174。ペダル側、軸用スナップリングは、93410-12003。内側のスナップリング（Eリング）は、93430-10016 です。
なお、出品・発送にあたり、全数測定検品しておりますので、精度に問題はありません。新品リプロ品のペダルに、精度の悪い物が有り、常温で、手でスムーズに入らない場合、リプロペダルの穴の精度に問題が有ります（溶接での歪み・クロームメッキの内側への流れ込み等が、かなり多いです）ので、叩き込んだりしないで、ペダルの穴の検証をお願い致します。ご自身で出来ない方は、往復の送料をご負担してペダルを送って頂ければ、当方で穴加工致しますので、一度ご連絡頂ければと思います。
