 ■レースで鍛えたオリジナル設計 長年にわたる戸田レーシングのレース実績に培われたフライホイールノウハウが、ハイクオリティ超軽量クロモリホイールを実現。ワークステーションのCADソリッドモデルによるシミュレーションで、応力解析及び重量バランスとイナーシャの最適値を解析。軽量化と低回転特性を両立した理想のデザイン形状を決定しています。 STDフライホイールに比べ、重量で48％、イナーシャは42％（4AGフライホイールの場合）（STD重量 7.7kg → 3.7kg イナーシャ 0.79kg・cm・S2 → 0.33kg・cm・S2） ■最新のCNC加工機と二度の熱処理により精度と耐久性をアップ 田レーシングのフライホイールは、まずCNC旋盤によりベース形状を粗加工。そして1回目の熱処理を行います。まず硬度と強度を出すための焼入れ工程、次に粘りを出すための焼戻し工程です。その後CNC旋盤で2度目の精密仕上げ加工が行われ、再び熱処理工程に送られます。2回目の熱処理は、表面硬度を増加させ、防錆（サビ）効果を高めます。二度にわたる熱処理により、クラッチディスク接触面や外周部ギアの耐久性が飛躍的に向上します。
