NSR250R MC21 MC18用のキャブレターチタンボルトセットです。キャブのフルオーバーホール時に取り外すボルトを集めたセットになります。
純正の物はプラスネジですので長年の劣化やサビで固着、ナメたりしやすくなっています。
また、トルクスネジが使われている箇所もありますので、外したボルトの再利用に困るケースが多々あります。
こちらのキャップボルトに換えてしまえば、再オーバーホール時にも開け閉めがやりやすくなります。
特にフロートチャンバーは頻繁に開ける箇所でもありますので、交換する事で今後の作業時間短縮にもなります。
【素材】
チタンにアルミとバナジウムをバランスよく組み合わせたTi-6AL-4Vと呼ばれる合金を採用。
64チタン合金は純チタンに比べて、引張強さで1.7倍以上、耐力は3.8倍以上にもなる優れた強度を持ちながら重さは鉄の6割程度と軽量で腐食にも強い性質を持っていいます。
