ステッカーの取り扱いについて
- ガスを発生させる基材（ポリカーボネート、溶剤系パテ等）
- 遊離成分が含まれている（ターポリン、軟質塩化ビニール等）
- 接着力が得にくい基材（ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、シリコン・フッ素加工物等）
- 粗面（発泡体、木材、コンクリート・モルタル、コルゲート状の基材、布地等）
- 冬季：粘着力が低下するため、基材およびステッカーをヒーター、ドライヤー等で温めてから貼り付けてください。水貼りは避けてください。
- 夏期：粘着力が増すため、基材を適温まで冷まし、気温の低い時間帯、日陰などで作業してください。
- ホコリ、ゴミ等は取り除いてください。
- 油分等はアルコール、シリコンオフ、洗剤等で清掃してください。
- 以前の糊が残っている場合は、スクレーパー等で除去し、平滑にしてください。
- 下地は十分に乾燥させてください。
- 位置合わせは重要です。十分な確認をお願いします。
- 粘着面に触れないでください。
- 粘着面にゴミや異物が付かないようにしてください。
- シワや気泡が入らないよう、注意して貼り付けてください。
- 端部はよく圧着してください。
- 圧着後、ドライヤー等で加熱すると接着力が増します。冬季に有効です。（小さな気泡を発見することもできます）。
- 加熱は100℃までを目安にしてください。加熱のしすぎはステッカーの変形、硬化の恐れがあります。
- 気泡ができた場合は、気泡の端部にカッターナイフや針で穴を開け、空気を押し出し、圧着してください。
- 火気には近づけないでください。
- 高圧洗浄は避けてください。
