YKK製自動ドア装置の、吊り戸車の出品になります。内容
ウレタン戸車 4個
ウレタン戸車なので、多少レールが摩耗していても、走行音が軽減します。
・青色の樹脂戸車から交換可能
・青色のウレタン戸車から交換可能
・白色の戸車からは交換不可
・円形ドアの青色戸車からは交換不可
☆交換方法
A・脱輪防止金具を緩め、ドア下にマイナスドライバーを差し込み、5ミリ程ドアを上げ、17ミリのナットもしくは13ミリのナットを外し、戸車が付いている軸を外す。
インパクトドライバーを使い戸車を止めているビスを外し交換して下さい。
※戸車には表裏がありますので、交換後回転するか確認して下さい。
B・脱輪防止金具を緩め、上部レールから扉を脱輪させる。
ベルトと戸車ハンガーの連結金具を外す。
扉を傾けて、インパクトドライバーで戸車裏のビスを外して交換して下さい。
※戸車には表裏がありますので、交換後回転するか確認して下さい。
インパクトドライバーは舐めやすいので、注意して下さい。
ベアリングや表面のウレタンのヘタリもほぼありません。
