| ★商品説明★ | Z1000J Z1100R Z1000GP Z1000Rのシ－トカウルの泣き所ですが、 固定ビス穴の周りがほぼ確実に割れます。 中古で購入したところで、割れてて… 割れた破片すら残っていないと言うのもザラですよね？ 武藤商事のプラリペアを使って、 補修するための部品です。 （プラリペアは、付属しません） 欠損部に出品物を裏からあてがい、必要な長さをカッタ－ナイフ等でケガキ、 少し短め（0.5～1ｍｍ）にニッパ－でカット。 布テープ等で0.5～1ｍｍ程度隙間を空けて固定します。 隙間にプラリペアを充填して数分後にテープを剥がし、 裏側もプラリペアを充填します。 数分で固まりますが念の為、半日～１日放置してから ディスクサンダ－等で、はみ出したプラリペアを削って均します。 ２枚目画像が、接着した直後です。 ３枚目画像が出品品です。カッタ－でケガいた後の画像で出品品は無傷です。 材質は、PLA樹脂で、３Dプリンタ－で充填率１００％でプリントしています。 ４枚目画像は、塗装した状態です。 左右、どちらも割れてましたが、左が欠損してた方です。 |
| ★注意事項★ | 補修後、はみ出し部分を完璧に削って修正しないと塗装に影響が出ます。 私は老眼が始まり、微調整の修正が出来ませんので、パッとみて綺麗ならOKとしました。 気になるようでしたら、頑張って削ってください。 私は、プラリペアの回し者では無いですが、かなり強力に接着可能です。 ですが、すぐに折れたとか言うクレ－ムはご遠慮ください。 接着には完全な脱脂が不可欠です。 溶接したように分子レベルで結合するそうですが、PLA樹脂とシ－トカウルの樹脂は相性が良いようです。 |

※シ－トカウル本体の出品ではありません。シ－トカウルが１３００円で買えると勝手に判断して無断で２個分の代金を送って来た落札者が以前いました。出品は３枚目の画像です。これを２個送ります。接着も普通の接着剤は無理です。必ず脱脂を行ってからプラリペアを使ってください。隙間を空けた方がよく付きます。
