| ■商品説明 | HKSスライドカムプーリーとベストマッチの強化タイミングベルト。 ベルト自体の強度を各エンジンごとに最適化。 HKSスライドカムプーリーとの組み合せで、より高出力・高回転化に対応できます。 ＊タイミングベルトの強度を車種ごとに最適化。エンジンの熱膨脹にも追従できる仕様とし、タイミングベルトのテンションが安定するよう設計しました。 ＊従来のタイミングベルト製造法では、外から圧力をかけ歯の部分を成形しますが、これだと歯布部分に引張り方向の力がかかったままタイミングベルトが形成されるためベルトの強度低下の原因となってしまいます。そこで、あらかじめ歯布部分を金型に沿わせた形で歯ゴムを充填する新技術を採用。歯布の強度を確保し、高トルクによる歯欠けを防止します。 ＊歯ゴムには高飽和H-NBRを採用し、更なる高強度化を実現。 ＊4G63エンジンには、バランサーベルトも設定。タイミングベルト・バランサーベルトを併用することでエンジン本体はもちろん、車体への悪影響も低減させることができます。 |
