| 商品説明 | 工業製品である自動車は製造を容易にするため、 組み付け部に余裕が作られています、 重量物のエンジンやサスペンションを支えるメンバー部分(サブフレーム)にも、 ボルトの開口部が大きめに取られています。 この隙間や接触面のうねりにより、 外力を受けたときにわずかにずれが生じます。 車を支えている部分とボディのよじれ方が異なるため、 剛性感を下げる要因でもあります。 リジカラはテーパーのかかったジュラルミン製のワッシャーで、 このような隙間やうねりををぴったりと塞ぎます。 メンバーとボディを「一つの塊」にすることで、剛性感を高めます。 また面ずれが抑えられることで、 つき上げ感や振動の軽減も期待できます。 新機軸の剛性向上パーツにより、 安全性、乗り心地をもワンランク上へと向上させるでしょう。 ※メンバーとボディの間に入れるため、装着によりわずかに車高が上がります。 またメンバーを動かすため、ホイールアライメントに影響します。 出品内容は、以下となります。
