| ■商品説明 | ＊モータースポーツで鍛え抜かれた軽量・高性能2ピースローター 国内トップカテゴリーであるスーパーGTをはじめとするレースの実戦の場でも使用され、研究開発を重ねたレーシングスペック・ブレーキローターが"BRAKE ROTOR Racing"です。ローターとベルハウジングを別体とする2ピースタイプを採用し、ローターの材質には特殊カーボンを独自技術で均一に配合。その結果、クラックが入りにくく安定した摩擦係数が得られ、ブレーキパッドの性能を十分に引き出すことに成功しました。また、ベルハウジング部には、熱に強く強度の高いアルミ合金を採用。安定した制動力に貢献するとともに、バネ下重量の軽減も実現します。 ＊高められた冷却性能が生み出すメリット ENDLESS製2ピースブレーキローターは、冷却性能を向上させるためにベーン形状等に工夫を凝らしております。これにより、高負荷時での温度上昇を抑えることが可能となりました。 同じ負荷状況において、純正A社φ370×34mm厚ローターと、ENDLESS純正交換2Pタイプφ370×34mm厚(84ベーン)のローター温度と摩擦係数の比較をしたところ、ローター温度で200℃の差を確認。ブレーキパッドでも0.1μの差が確認出来ました。冷却効率の高いブレーキローターを使用することでローター温度の上昇を防ぎ、ブレーキパッドの適正温度域を維持させる効果も発揮します。 |
