削りだし 延長PEEKロッド スロットルリンクプレート
削りだし 真鍮製 JNブッシュ
上記３点を４個づつセットにしました。
スロットルバルブCA＃1.75にして切り欠き形状を見直し
素材を変えることにより軽量なピストンバルブになっております。
ショットピーニング（WPC）処理により、接触面積を低減させた後にDLCコーティング処理仕上げ
最後にSMAP処理してます。（接触面を減らしてツルツル処理してます。）
WPCやDLCコートについてはネット検索してご確認ください。
効果は、バルブの動きがスムーズになります。
スロットルを戻せば、確実に締まりますので、アイドル付近での
バルブ張り付症状が緩和されます。
真鍮製のJN押さえを入れると、スムーズかつ気持ち良いフィーリングになりました。
油温８０度以上になっても１０００ｒｐｍ以下でアイドリング安定します。
VM33にアイドルポート加工することも可能ですが、完全分解して加工しますので
施工費、オーバーホール工賃、消耗部品交換が必要になり高額の費用が掛かります。
スロットルバルブのみ交換して同効果が得られないか？
これを試行錯誤してたどり着いたピストンバルブになります。
ミクニ純正新品も入手困難な状況です。
交換すれば確実に運転しやすくなります。
CA＃1.75はメーカーに設定ありません。
当方のオリジナル商品になります。
CA＃１．５だと出だしが反応良すぎて乗りにくい
CA＃２．０だとたるいと感じているそんなあなたに試してほしい商品になります。
表面処理をWPC後DLCコーティング、SMAP処理仕上げに変更しています。
