内部のスプリングがヘタってしまったり
ボールとカシメている蓋との接点が悪く
オイルが止まらず流れてしまう事態が多く発生しており、最悪オイルハンマーを起こし重篤なエンジン故障の原因にもなり得る重要なパーツです。
本来バルブ構造になっており、オイルは一定の圧力がかからないと吐出しない構造となっております。
当社ではオイルラインのチェックバルブのリビルトサービスを行っておりますが、この度よりリサイクルしていたバルブを新品でご用意する事が出来る様になりました。
ご自身で交換できる様なセットでご用意しております。
取り付けの際に推奨している接着剤は
ロックタイト4062 です
