単気筒用(1セット）です。最近、似た文章を掲載して類似品を出品されている方がいますが、この製品とは全く関係ありません。
後々、目詰まりなどのトラブルになりそうなバリもありません。
ラージブロック、スモールブロック共通です。各バイクメーカー共通です。
＊Keihin FCR-MXシリーズオフロードレーシングキャブレターには使用できません。
１セットあたり、交換用六角穴付きボタンボルト M3×6 ２本 M4×8 ２本が付属しています。
材質は、耐熱性、耐薬品性、耐油性、耐ガソリン性の高いフッ素ゴムです。
純正品に使われるニトリルゴムは耐ガソリン性が低く、劣化して溶けてしまいます。
角断面なので成形品より接地面が大きく、密閉性にも優れた耐久性の高い高精度な製品です。

プロッターやウォータジェットの様な物理的力がかからない方法を用いて、１億円の高性能マシンで１ミリの板材から精度よく切り出しています。
小さい丸いＯリングは価格を抑える事と精度を保つ為に既存のフッ素ゴム製品を使いました。
内径が４ミリの物は固定ねじ箇所、４．５ミリの物は楕円形の箇所用です。
