クオリティーには自信が有ります。当方では実物のシリンダーを仕入れウエットブラストで仕上げてから型を取りますので文字のエッジ等リアルに再現出来ています。厚みも薄く作っていますので取り扱いには気を付けて下さい。万全の梱包で発送しますので割れた等のクレームには対応出来かねます。
たまに排気量刻印が削り取られている物を目にすることが有ります。それがどの様な意図で削られたのかは分かりませんが、後にオーナーとなられた方が元に戻したいと言う気持ちも分かりますので、元に戻す為のアイテムとして作成致しました。
この商品は220℃対応の樹脂を使用しています。型に流して樹脂硬化時間24時間後、80℃で2時間窯で焼きを入れ後、バリ取りと言う手間の掛かる作業から製品にしております。
本商品の厚みを参考に画像を出していますが、製作段階で多少のバラつきが御座います。極限まで薄くしたい方は自己責任の上、平らな所にペーパーを敷きご希望の厚みまで削って下さい。
