博物館収蔵の実物から忠実に再現されています。
ハドソンベイカンパニー（ハドソン湾会社）は、北米で最も古い会社であり、１６７０年に毛皮貿易のために設立されました。
現在は本社をカナダ・オンタリオ州トロントに置く多国籍企業となっています。
フタには、６倍レンズがセットされており、火起こしに使用することができます。レンズは高倍率のため、通常のルーペのように拡大鏡として使用することはできません。
