ハン・スホは全国トップで法学部に入学、最年少で判事になった。そしてスホの双子の弟ハン・ガンホは、幼い頃から出来の良いスホがコンプレックスだった。スホが司法試験に合格した日、ガンホはひょんなことから警察に捕まってしまい、それから前科5犯がつく不良になってしまう。一方、姉のある事件の判決をきっかけに判事になる道を選んだソン・ソウンは、最終課程としてスホの判事室で見習い生活を始める。ガンホは服役期間を終え出所するが、兄のスホがいなくなっていることに気付く。何も知らない人たちはガンホをスホだと勘違いし、ガンホはスホの代わりに判事として法廷に立つことになるが…。
