様々なエンジン仕様・ユーザーの好みに合わせ、カムのフィーリングを補正。
SLIDE CAM-PULLEY より軽く、強靭で、正確。素材・形状・表面処理を見直し、更に進化した「スライドカムプーリー」 素材・形状変更によりさらなる強度アップ、軽量化を実現 毋材には超軽量のジュラルミン材（A2014）を使用。従来品に比べ、耐久性を大幅アップ（強度：50％、硬度：30％向上（従来比））。また、素材変更に合わせ形状の見直しによりさらなる軽量化を施し（RB用の場合重量約10％減）動弁系への負担軽減、レスポンスアップを図りました。 ニッケルメッキにより耐摩耗性アップ ギア部にニッケルメッキを採用。表面硬度を向上させ（Hv硬度：350→500（従来比））、強化タイミングベルトの使用や砂の噛み込み等過酷な条件での耐摩耗性に効果を発揮します。
CAM-SPROCKET 正確なバルブタイミングを実現。（角度調節可能） カムの開度が変わることやエンジン各部の仕様が変わることにより最適なバルブタイミングも変化します。IN側、EX側の開度を広げた場合のオーバーラップの量などセッティングに合わせご利用下さい。 HKS CAMSHAFTにはそれぞれ推奨バルブタイミングが有りますのでセットで使用すると充分な性能が得られます。又、ノーマルカムの場合も有効です。
注）走行には、タイミングベルトカバーを取付けて下さい。 |
