旧CB400Four用398cc、408cc共通部品、強化シフトドラムセンタークラッチに問題が無いのに、油温もそんなに高くないのに
信号待ちの時などにニュートラルに入り難いと言う車両は
このシフトドラムセンターが摩耗している事が多く
今までエンジンをO/Hして来た車両全てのこの部分の摩耗が見られる事から
今回材質を少し硬くして、シフトドラムセンターを作りました。
エンジンをO/H、レストアするに当たり、中古良品も少なくなっており
悩ましく、困っていた部品で、それを今回強化品として製作しました。
商品はシフトドラムセンターだけになり、ギアーシフトサイドプレート
ドラムストッパープレート、ローラーピンなどはそのまま純正品を使って下さい。
クラッチプレート交換時に、摩耗度合いをチェックして簡単に交換出来る物になります。
材質もニュートラルストッパーのローラーが摩耗しない程度の硬度にしてあり
どちらも摩耗しにくくなっていますが、ニュートラルストッパー本体が摩耗し
ガタ付きがある場合もありますので、別途ベアリング式ニュートラルストッパーも
販売しておりますが、ベースになる純正ニュートラルストッパーが必要になりますので
こちらは別途ご連絡をお願い致します。
新品ですがノークレーム、ノーリターンでお願いします。
