ビル・エヴァンス・トリオによる初のヨーロッパ演奏ツアーの際、デンマーク2箇所で録音された公式リリース作品が登場！2023年4月、3枚組 LPと2枚組CDで『Treasures: Solo, Trio and Orchestra Recordings from Denmark (1965-1969)』を発売、その作品に収録できなかった全く別個の非常に貴重な録音がエレメンタル・レコードのジョルディ・ソレイ、カルロス・オーガスティン、そして名盤発掘請負人のゼヴ・フェルドマンの共同プロデュースによって今回も日の目を見ることになりました。。ゼヴ・フェルドマンが手がけたビル・エヴァンス・エステートとの正式な発掘発売作品はこの作品で 11 作目。本作は1964年夏、ビル・エヴァンス・トリオ初のヨーロッパ演奏ツアーの際の音源で、未発表の10曲はデンマーク、コペンハーゲンにて、チャック・イスラエル(b)、ラリー・バンカー(ds)を擁したトリオ、ボーナストラックは 1969 年にエディ・ゴメス(b)、マーティ・モレル(ds)がオーフスを訪れた際の録音。 (C)RS
