舞台はちょっと変わった人たちが集まっている、とある病院。中でもわがまま放題の”大貫”は病院中の嫌われ者。そんな大貫がある日パコという名の女の子と出会う。パコは同じ絵本を毎日楽しそうに読んでる女の子。ところが、大貫はパコを自分の勘違いでぶってしまう。でも、翌日になるとパコはケロっとした顔でまた大貫に近づいてくる。実はパコは記憶が1日しかもたない女の子だったのだ。それを知った大貫はさすがに反省し、パコに誤ろうとそのほっぺに触れた時、驚くべきことが起こり・・・。
