御存知！ブルー・オイスター・カルトの大傑作3rd「オカルト宣言」 リマスター紙ジャケット仕様限定版 国内盤中古でございます。
盤共に非常に状態の良い中古でございます。
内容は言わずもがな。
そもそもへヴィー・メタルの元祖とか言われますが、雑然とした感のある音楽性のバンド。
それが洗練されて纏まってきたのがこの名作。
後のガレージ・ロック/パンク系にも繋がる様な所があり、グランジ／オルタナ台頭時にメタル音楽のルーツ解釈で再注目を浴びた感がございます。
英国にブラック・サバスが登場。
アメリカでそれに等しいバンドはないか？という事で白羽の矢が立ったという表舞台での登場でございますが、
歌詞はオカルト的とは言えど非常に文学的なものでございます。
(サイケ系の音楽性が絡むところは共通しておりますが.....)
当時のアメリカンＨＲ系に比べれば（音造りは兎も角）音楽性は重く、歌詞も重いテーマを扱うバンドで毛並みの違うもの。
だからこそ「へヴィー・メタル」評価だったのではないか？とも存じます。
後のオルタナ／グランジ台頭時のアメリカでのメタル解釈においてこのバンドを念頭に置くと見えてくるものがございます。
