昭和自動車工業(株) SDRディスクローターは、日本全国の自動車整備工場で支持いただいている製品です。
※余分なコストはかけられません。白箱でのお納品になります。
■ 材質に関する信頼性・安定感
鋳物製品の材質は、安価で減衰能（振動を吸収する性質）にすぐれるFC鋳鉄、もしくは、鋼に近い引っ張り強度のダクタイル鋳鉄が大部分になります。
SDRディスクローターは、FC鋳鉄に特殊添加剤を加えたものを採用し、コスト、耐摩耗性、減衰能のバランスをとっています。
（純正品はFC（強度を表す単位）150～200といった強度のものが一般的ですが、当製品ではFC200～250が基準値です。）
■ 当然の加工精度
ディスクローターの加工精度を保つための主要管理指標は、厚み偏差(全円周面での厚みのばらつき)、
平行度（摩擦面全域での厚みにばらつき（先細や先太）がないかを管理する指標。中心より放射状に測定）、
また、ランアウト（車輌に装着された状態で正しく振れがなく回転しているか）などです。
SDRディスクローターは、厚み偏差：0.01mm以下、平行度：0.02mm以下、ランナウト：0.05mm以下の基準により、その品質を担保しています。
■ 防錆シルバーコーティング済み。
昭和自動車工業(株) SDRディスクローターでは、防錆塗装のシルバーコーティング を施しています。
これはローターハブ部分のサビの進行を抑制するものです。
機能的には問題ない表面錆も、ホイールスポークの間から見えるのは嫌なものです。
