耳先からの縦の長さが1５㎝ぐらいです（誤差はご了承ください）

入手後、ビニール袋に入れてしまっていました。
保管期間が長いため、経年なりの劣化はあると思いますが、目立つようなキズや汚れは見当たらず、ごく普通の外観です。
