aNueNue初のセンターホール仕様Torrefied Top
・焙焼、あるいは熱処理による炭化は、焙焼の粗い形態である、
・そのプロセスを簡単に説明すると、木材を酸素のない窯の中で長時間加熱する。
・これにより、新しく伐採された木材が乾燥し、古くなるまで通常何年もかかって減少する油分や樹脂が「調理」される。トップの重量を減らし、軽い振動を可能にする。
・理論的には、トレファイされたサウンドボードは、古いギターのトップの細胞構造を再現するのに近い。
・また、トレファイ材は気候の変化にさらされても膨張や収縮に強い。
・焙煎されたムーンスプルース・トップは色が濃い。
杉田健司のサウンドコンセプト：
杉田健司氏がGuitar Futureシリーズのために特別に製作したフォースウッド構造。透明パネルの厚みを2.5mmにコントロール。このフォースウッド構造は、パネルの変形を防ぎ、弦の張力を支える安定化を目的としている。弦を弾くと、放出された空気の「共鳴」波がまずパネルに到達する。その後、周囲のボディ、ネック、ヘッドストックに順次共鳴を引き起こし、一層一層、美しい音色を生み出す。3年にわたる入念なチューニングの結果、木製の音色にありがちな硬質さを排除した、クリアでしなやかな音色が実現した。
