住人の立ち退きを依頼され、あるアパートの部屋を訪れた弁護士・緑川は、不気味な顔をした“天使”の幻覚に悩まされるようになる。アパートの窓から、パソコンの画面から、理不尽に出現する“天使”たち。彼らは、現実と非現実を自由に行き来し、人の精神に易々と侵入できる存在だったのだ。部屋に踏み込んだ緑川の中に、“天使”たちはまんまと「侵入」を果たす。緑川とともに外に出た“天使”たちによって、恐怖が街中に溢れはじめた。
福山庸治
1950年5月20日福岡県生まれ。1970年週刊漫画アクション(双葉社)にて「納屋の中」でデビュー。1989年コミックモーニング(講談社)にて「マドモアゼル モーツァルト」を連載。もしモーツァルトが女性だったら、という設定のもと愛憎劇を描き高い評価を得る。同作は1991年に舞台化された。1993年から週刊ダイヤモンド(ダイヤモンド社)にてコラムマンガ「F氏的日常」をスタート。2001年に同作は第5回文化庁メディア芸術祭マンガ部門の大賞を受賞した。2003年には10年の歳月をかけ執筆したサイコホラー「臥夢螺館」を完結。人の精神を喰らい尽くす未知なる存在の恐怖を描写して話題になった。2007年からはアニメーション監督としても活動している。
