| ■商品説明 | MAQS直巻スプリングはJIS規格を超える直角度の寸法精度で製造しています。この直角度の精度が低いスプリングは荷重が偏心し、本来のバネレートが発揮できません。直角度を極限まで高めることで、直巻バネのすわりを良くして安定的なバネレートを確保します。 通常の直巻スプリングは電着塗装のみ、または粉体塗装のみのどちらかが多い中、美しい外観だけでなく、防錆性を大幅に高めています。コイルスプリングは錆びて酸化が始まると、本来のバネレートを発揮できなくなると共に、折損などのリスクが高くなってしまいます。当社では少しでも長く、製品をお使い頂きたいとの思いからダブル塗装を採用しています。 (注)ダブル塗装は防錆性が非常に高まりますが、長期間にわたり絶対錆びないという訳ではありません。特に凍結防止剤が撒かれた道路を走行したあとは、できるだけ早めに真水で洗い流すなど、定期的なメンテナンスを行って下さい。 |
