今年4月より全国4都市を巡ったKing & Prince初のドーム公演「King & Prince First DOME TOUR 2022 ~Mr.~」のBlu-ray & DVD。そして今作は、全37曲を披露した2時間半越えの東京ドーム公演の模様が収録されるのはもちろんのこと、初回限定盤、通常盤どちらにも超特大ボリュームの特典映像を収録。
通常盤には福岡編と大阪編が収録される。それぞれ映像内容は、福岡編が謎解きをしながら福岡PayPayドームを探検する映像(撮影日は高橋の誕生日でもある4月3日)、大阪編が5人で作って食べての朝ご飯映像、東京編がドーム内を走り回る?!かくれんぼ映像、名古屋編がメンバーの運転によるナゴヤドームまでのドライブ映像となっている。
