クランクケース分解の必要も無く、クランクシャフトに本製品を装着するだけの簡単装着で3点支持にすることが出来ます。
クランクシャフト末端に取付けられるフライホイールは非常に重たく、シャフト部分にねじれやたわみ等の負担が掛かります。
エンジンの高回転化・高出力化に伴い、この負担が増大し、過酷な状態になります。
これにより、クランクシャフトの破損やエンジン本体の破損を起こす場合があります。
本製品は武川製ジェネレーターカバー内にボールベアリングを設けることで、クランクシャフトジャーナル部を
2点支持から3点支持に変更し、ボアアップエンジンの高回転域に起こるクランクシャフトの振れを制限します。
制限することで、振れが抑えられ、クランクシャフトの耐久性を高めることが出来ます。
