| ■商品説明 | キャンバー調整式のトップマウントはベアリング位置を移動させることでキャンバー角を調整する事が出来ます。 そのためにはトップマウントのプレートにベアリングの移動範囲分の大きな長穴が必要になります。 しかし走行状況によってはダンパーから伝わる荷重はトップマウントのベアリングを中心に軸重の何倍もの大きな外力となるため、従来品ではトップマウントのプレートがキャンバー調整のための長穴を捲るように変形してしまいます。 Beatrushピロボール・トップマウントはこのようなキャンバー調整式の弱点を補うべく、プレートの厚みを従来品に比べ2倍(車種により異なります)の厚みし、なおかつ車体との取付部分のみ切削することで、ベアリング位置が下がりダンパーのストロークが減ってしまうこともありません。 ベアリング・ケース、ピロボールナット、ピロボールカラーは粘りのある炭素鋼(S45C)を高精度のCNC旋盤で削り出しによる製作。 またピロボールカラーはピロボールナット同様にベアリングに差し込みで使用します。 |
