対応車種メーカートヨタGRヤリス用の自作マッドフラップになります。
前期、後期モデル対応です。
色は黒色です。
取り付けも簡単でボルト1本とクリップ2本を外して付けるだけ！！
加工無しのポン付けです♪
GRヤリスのスタイルを崩さない様な仕様になっております。
泥や小石の巻き上げをかなり抑える事が出来、ドア、リヤフェンダーのキズ防止に貢献致します。
片面が艶消し、もう片面は艶ありとなります。
お好みで使い分けて下さい。
長穴になっているので出幅を調整出来ます。
材質はEVA、(軟質樹脂)厚みは2ミリ。
某有名メーカーのマッドフラップと同じ材質です。
写真6、7枚目の様にR部分は全て治具を特注で製作してもらい綺麗なRに改良致しました。
ほとんど見えない部分ですが精度を上げています。
現車に付いているプラスチックのクリップは長さ足りない為、各自用意して下さい。
写真5枚目のクリップがおすすめです。
参考に、写真9、10枚目はTRDサイドスポイラー装着車の写真になります。
全て手作業で行っております。加工前に保護テープで両面、全面保護してからの作業をしています。
写真8枚目の様に保護テープを付けたまま出荷しておりますのでキズはほとんど無いと思いますが、小さなキズ、多少のバリなどはご理解いただけますようよろしくお願い致します。
