ケイヒンFCRキャブのメインボディのヘタレ対策に、段付き磨耗対策、ワイドローラーにレールもセットになりました
街乗りなので同じ開度ばかり使用している場合段々メインボディが磨耗してきます
オークション等で購入したけれど調子が悪い方、一度チェックしてみて下さい
ワイドローラーで対応したけれど同じ症状が現れ始めた方も諦めないで下さい
・ワイドローラーを取り付けることにより磨耗した部分をまたぎスロットルバルブがスムーズに稼動します
・レールがセットになっている為、メインボディを傷めません、ワイドローラーが均一に接触するので偏磨耗を防ぎ長期間維持できます
・段付き磨耗によるアクセルの戻りが悪くなった症状を改善します
・カチャカチャ音を低減します
○取り付け方法
キャブレターのスロットルボディーを取り外します
↓
スロットルボディーについているローラーをすべてワイドローラーに交換
↓
メインボディーをにレールを差し込む
↓
スロットルボディーを取り付ける
↓
動作確認してスムーズに動けば装着完了

樹脂ワイドローラー3個＋樹脂ワイドローラー1個＋ステンレス製レール2本
樹脂ローラーの写真は白色ですが実際は熱膨張しないベージュ色の物に変更してあります
