ビート用純正ブレーキキャリパーの中古良品を塗装し、Ｏ／Ｈしました。
塗装では鋳肌を削りＶＨＴブレーキキャリパー用耐熱塗料で焼付塗装しました。
Ｏ／Ｈではキットを使用しパッキンを新品に交換しています。
また、圧搾空気を注入して動作確認を行っています。
専門業者に作業依頼すると非常に高価になります。この機会に是非ご検討ください。
作業に当たっては以下の工程で製作しています。
① 中古キャリパーを分解／洗浄
② ラストリムーバーで錆、古いメッキ層を除去
③ フロントキャリパーの肉抜きを耐熱金属パテで肉盛り
④ 鋳肌の除去（ホイールの隙間から見えるところだけ）
⑤ ローバルで再メッキ
⑥ マスキング
⑦ 下塗り塗装／焼付
⑧ 上塗り塗装／焼付
⑨ クリア塗装／焼付×２層
⑩ 面出し／鏡面研磨
⑪ 組み立て
⑫ 動作確認
ＶＨＴブレーキキャリパー用耐熱塗料の特徴
① 耐熱温度４８０℃
② パーツクリーナーの使用→〇
③ ブレーキフルードの付着→△（早めに拭き取ること）
塗膜が非常に薄いです。その為組み立て工程で生じた傷等はタッチアップにて補修しています。
取り付けに際しては有資格者のいる整備工場などで行ってください。
取り付けに起因する事故や破損については責任を負いかねます。
