HKSスライドカムプーリーとベストマッチの強化タイミングベルト。 ベルト自体の強度を各エンジンごとに最適化。 HKSスライドカムプーリーとの組み合せで、より高出力・高回転化に対応できます。
※バランサーベルト交換の必要性について バランサーベルトは、エンジン振動とは逆の振動を与えることによりエンジン全体の振動を低減しようという発想で取付けられています。 純正では、定常走行時に最も振動を打ち消すよう設計されているためサーキット走行など高回転域を多用する場合には振動の増加とともにバランサーベルトへの負荷も大きくなります。 また、バランサーベルトはクランクシャフトの2倍の回転数で回されているため他のベルトにくらべ伸び易く、そのためエンジン回転とバランサーシャフトの回転が同調せず、振動が増加し最悪の場合バランサーベルトの破損に繋がる恐れも出てきます。 そこで、タイミングベルト交換の際に強化バランサーベルトを併用することでバランサーシャフトをクランクシャフトに対して正確な位相で回転させ、エンジン本体や車体への悪影響を低減させることができます。 |
