削りだし アイドルポート ピストンバルブ WPC＋DLCコーティング＋SMAP処理仕上げ CA＃1.5
４個セット
当社製のPEEK延長レバーを体感済みでもっと快調にしたいと問い合わせが多いので、
削り出しピストンバルブのみで出品します。
今回製作分から削りだし後に、
WPC（ショットピーニング）処理＋DLCコーティング＋SMAP処理をしています。
接触面積を減らしてさらにツルツルになるようにしています。
スロットルバルブCA＃1.5にして切り欠き形状（アイドルポート）になってます。
素材をかえて軽量なピストンバルブになっております。
効果は、アイドリングの安定
ピストンバルブの動きがスムーズになります。（アクセル操作も軽くなります。）
スロットルを戻せば、確実に締まりますので、アイドル付近での
バルブ張り付症状が緩和されます。
油温８０度以上になっても１０００ｒｐｍ以下でアイドリング安定します。
このバルブを組んだ場合の Z1用 タカイ製作所標準セット内容はアナウンス可能です。
＊エンジンの状態、セッティングにより個体差はあると思います。
少量製作品
指に引っかからない細かな傷（使用に問題はございません）や、コーティング斑などある場合あります。
