片減りや偏摩耗が多いのは長距離走行の高熱による摩擦係数の上昇による溶解が原因です。
キタコのウエイトローラーは、エンジニアリングプラスチックを使用していますので、優れた耐熱性、高温での剛性、耐摩耗性に優れた、信頼性の高いウエイトローラーです。
ウエイトローラーは消耗品です。
3000Km毎に点検し、片減り、破損等がある場合は交換してください。
駆動系に負担をかける走り方やチューニング度合いが高くなると消耗が早くなります。
装着についての注意・スーパーローラーセットは対応メーカー、グラム数、ローラーサイズをローラー横面に刻印しています。
ローラーのセットには向きがあります。
ストッパーをプーリーの回転方向に対して後ろになる様にセットして下さい。
逆にセットするとインナーが抜ける恐れがあります。
