この故障コード(現象)はシフトレバー付け根内部のスプリングの破損により、シフトロックのセンサーが誤検知している可能性が高いです。

まずはお安くDIYでスプリングの交換をオススメします。ディーラー修理の場合、シフトメカニズムASSY交換となり大変高額になります。
作業方法も車内センターコンソールを取し、シフトメカニズムを取外すことが出来れば修理が出来ます。YouTubeなどにも修理動画があります。
※2019年以降のDCT車でも同様のエラーメッセージが出る場合がありますが、その場合はスプリング交換では直りません。
ご注意
特殊工具は必要ありませんが、スプリング組込の際シフトメカニズム内部のアームはプラスチック製の為割れ易い為慎重な作業が必要です。交換は自己責任でお願いします。
