ダイワのスピニングリール用のリールスタンド（バランサー）です。リールスタンド（バランサー）とは、スピニングリールのハンドルと反対側に取り付けるパーツのことで、リールのバランスを整えて、キャストや巻きの安定性を向上させる効果があります。
さらに、ロッドを地面に置いたときに、スタンドの部分が地面に当たるため、リール本体やスプールエッジにキズが付くことを防ぎ、ラインを傷つけることなくリールを置くことが出来ます。
