ゼファー400 ZEEBRA 仕様 オーバーホールエンジンになります。この商品は、カワサキのゼファー400、Z400GP、GPZ400
Z400FXの車体に乗せることが可能です。
オーバーホールにいたり、
シリンダーカムシャフト、ラッピングして、焼けにくい、壊れにくい対策に
してもらってます。
作業工程は、
ピストンスタンダード
コンロッドクランクスタンダード
シートカット
カムシャフトラッピング
シリンダー0.2mm面研
シリンダーヘッド0.2mm面研
スリーブホーニング加工
また、タペットの中のシム調整もして組み込んでます。
一般的なオーバーホールの作業工賃としては、
40万以上かかります。
さらに、チューニングとなると70万以上必要です。
そこから、部品代も必要ですので、プラス10万くらいは
必要になります。
後、オーバーホールするのに、
必要なエンジン本体の金額もかかります。
