サイドロアバー 凹凸のある道路においてセンター部分のシャーシは前後の荷重移動により、あらゆる面でボディの歪みが発生する。ウルトラレーシングのサイドロアバーを取り付けることにより、フロント、リア間の荷重移動によるボディの歪みを抑えることが可能である。コーナリングなど遠心力で発生する横からの衝撃による捻れなどのダメージを抑制する効果がある。また、シャーシ外側の前後を結ぶことでボディの前後が安定し、走行中タイヤと路面の接地が４輪均一になる。そうなることでタイヤが路面を掴み、トラクションが向上し、加速性能も向上する。特に前後でタイヤが駆動する4WD車のトラクションはより効果的である。
