BMW TECH-M社製 バルブコントローラーです。F82 M4に装着させていました。
バルブを常時オープン・常時クローズ・ノーマル制御と3種類で制御します。
勝手にバルブが閉まってしまうことや開いてしまうことを防ぎ、音を出して走りたい時や静かにエンジンをかけたい時などに重宝します。
対象車種はマフラーバルブが装備されているBMWとMINIと幅広く装着できるようです。（ディーゼルは不可）
操作不良などの不具合は一切なく、新品購入時から半年ほど使用しました。
写真のものが全てで、箱は残っておりません。
